    烏海市天宇高嶺土高新科技有限公司，注冊資本1.2億元人民幣，是烏海市重點工業企業。2009年公司與中國科學院過程工程研究所合作，利用國家領先專利技術，投資人民幣6.2億元，在千里山工業園區建設“年產20萬噸煤系高嶺土高檔填料”項目，首條年產3.3萬噸超細高白煅燒高嶺土生產線已建成投產。該項目是烏海市重點招商引資項目，2010年被自治區認定為高新技術產業。公司以廣闊的發展前景、優越的工作環境和成功的科研成果吸納了一批富有朝氣、善于科研攻關的青年科研隊伍，其中博士生2名、研究生6名、高級工程師2名、中級技師5名，他們分別在物理工程，化學工程，材料科學與工程、環境工程等方面具有較高的專業素養，為公司的科研發展奠定了良好基礎。

   Wuhai Universe Kaolin High and New Technology Co., Ltd. is the major industrial enterprise in Wuhai City with the registered capital of 120 million yuan. In 2009, the Company cooperated with process engineering institute of Chinese Academy of Sciences. It used the national leading patented technology to construct the project of the coal series kaolin high-grade filler with the annual output of 0.2 million tons with the investment of 620 million yuan. Thus, the first ultra-fine high white calcined kaolin production line with an annual output of 33,000 tons has been completed and put into production. The project is a key investment project in Wuhai City, which was identified as high-tech industry by the autonomy in 2010. The Company has attracted a number of vibrant young scientific team good at scientific research by the broad development prospects, excellent working environment and successful scientific research achievements, in which there are 2 doctoral students, 6 graduate students, 2senior engineers, 5intermediate technicians; they are of a professional quality in physics, engineering, chemical engineering, materials science and engineering, environmental engineering and other areas, thus to lay a solid foundation for the company’s development.

 The new material for coal series kaolin development process has been already included into “sunny industry” of the country, which is one of the industrials mainly supported by the country, also the effective method of adjusting economic structure and develop the circular economy by the coal exploration area.
